- Be boring and consistent. Do it the same way each and every time to not mess up and make your staff happy. This is in regards to exams, setting up trays, and doing the procedures.
- Before you ever cut, make sure you have a realistic discussion about scarring. Also, be patient with scars and let them heal for at least three months before you do any treatments.
- Billing tip: Simple repair is one layer of closure, intermediate repair is two layers (no undermining), complex repair (if lesion is 1cm then undermine 1cm at least on one whole side)
