2025 Elevate-Derm Alliance Fall Conference Day 3
Elevate-Derm Alliance Fall Conference Day 3
JW Marriott Water Street in Tampa, Florida
Saturday, November 15 — Evidence, Innovation, and Engagement
Saturday began bright and early with registration and coffee service, followed by a hearty symposium breakfast to fuel conference-goers before a full day of learning.
Dr. Ted Rosen led the day with the Annual Dermatology Evidence Review, followed by his talk on antimicrobial resistance. Attendees then gathered for a mid-morning coffee break with exhibitors, allowing participants to stretch their legs, reconnect with industry partners, and continue conversations sparked by the morning’s lectures.
Late morning brought valuable opportunities for parallel learning. In the ballroom, Dr. Peter Lio and Dr. Dareen Siri addressed complex cases of eczema, urticaria, and allergy. At the same time, Victoria Garcia-Albea, NP, led a breakout session on scientific abstracts and clinical applications.
A symposium lunch followed, giving attendees a chance to refuel and regroup before the transition into afternoon sessions. Immediately after lunch, the ballroom buzzed with energy during the live prize drawing, where clinicians enjoyed a bit of excitement between scientific discussions.
Afternoon presentations by Dr. Rebecca Hartman focused on pigmented lesions and non-melanoma skin cancer. This was followed by the SkinSync Live panel, where Dr. Robert Micheletti, Shanna Miranti, PA-C, and Buchi Neita, PA-C shared collaborative, practical insights on initiating biologics in hidradenitis suppurativa. Dr. Robert Micheletti then delivered three highly informative lectures, beginning with updates on infectious diseases. Following this first lecture, attendees enjoyed a dessert symposium that provided a sweet mid-afternoon reset. After a brief coffee break, Dr. Micheletti concluded his presentations with sessions on dermatology urgencies and hidradenitis suppurativa, bringing the day’s final sessions to a close.
As daylight faded, attendees enjoyed the culminating CME symposium, combining continued learning with collegial conversation; the perfect close to a rich and rewarding educational Saturday.
