The Ascending Leaders Academy (ALA) is a professional-development initiative for dermatology PAs & NPs — cultivating competencies in authorship, professional speaking, and service leadership. It runs three times a year alongside each Elevate-Derm conference, with an interactive, progressive curriculum.

Reduced conference registration of $49 for selected participants.

Who should apply
A PA or NP currently working in dermatology for 5 years or less, or an emerging thought leader.
Not previously registered for the target conference, and not a prior Academy participant.
Able to fully attend and participate in the program.
A strong commitment to advancing professional engagement in dermatology.
