Dr. Naiem Issa opened with a deep dive into the immunology of bullous pemphigoid and related blistering disorders, then returned to discuss pemphigus, providing a comprehensive overview of autoimmune blistering diseases.
A panel featuring Lakshi Aldredge, NP, and Stephanie Simmerman, NP, explored challenging clinical cases, offering practical insights and shared experiences from the field.
The meeting concluded with Dr. Issa’s closing session, leaving attendees with a strong understanding of disease mechanisms and current therapeutic approaches.
