About the Meeting

We invite PAs and NPs to join us in Tucson or virtually for a three-and-a-half-day immersive dermatology learning experience.  Our engaging and talented faculty panel will present a curated list of topics and pre-conference tracks that are clinically relevant for dermatology professionals like you.

Our goal is to provide you with an exceptional learning experience while helping you to improve patient outcomes. We hope you will join us as we experience an engaging scientific exchange that builds our collective knowledge and dermatology skills. 

For 2022, we will be offering registrants the option to attend in-person or virtually online.  Please note, our pre-conference tracks will take place the day preceding the main conference.

Ventana Canyon Trailhead

One of the most beautiful canyons in the Santa Catalina front range, and one of the least visited. The trailhead is adjacent to the Loews conference center.

Sabino Canyon

Sabino Canyon, one of the premier natural areas in southern Arizona.  Located at the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains, and just a short courtesy shuttle ride away.

November 2, 2022 - Participants Must Register in Advance (Extra Fee Applies.)

Expert Dermoscopy

Designed to instruct attendees on the skill and science of incorporating dermoscopy into their clinical practice.  This 4-hour course will prepare the participant to utilize dermoscopy in their daily clinical practice when performing skin checks.

Aesthetic Dermatology

This course will focus on both anatomy and techniques for use of neurotoxins and fillers.  Participants will be instructed by expert injectors on proper utilization and danger zones to avoid.  This 4 -hour course will consist of didactic lectures.

COVID-19 Policy:

Tucson Attendees are expected to take all proper precautions recommended by the CDC at the time of the meeting including vaccination against COVID-19, if medically appropriate.

Flexible Registration Included:

Attendees may switch their registration type until September 30, 2022.

Conference Policies and Procedures:

Attendance and Registration Policy: Due to the CME accreditor’s policy, all Elevate Medical Education conference attendees must be licensed healthcare providers, 18 years of age or older, and must be registered as attending the meeting to earn CME credits.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy: A cancellation fee of $99.00 will be charged for all registrations canceled prior to September 1, 2022, with written notification to Elevate Medical Education, 6547 Preakness Pass, Bulverde, TX 78163 or by email to [email protected] Please allow 4 weeks for processing of any approved refund.

For any cancellations made after August 31, 2022, due to medical reasons, a letter from your attending physician stating that the medical reasons will prevent attendance at the Conference, must be sent along with a written cancellation notification to Elevate Medical Education. If approved your Conference Registration Fee less a $99.00 cancellation fee will then be applied to next year’s Elevate-Derm Conference.

For any cancellations made after August 31, 2022, due to natural disaster, a letter indicating the circumstances that will prevent attendance at the Conference, must be sent along with a written cancellation notification to Elevate Medical Education. If approved your Conference Registration Fee less a $99.00 cancellation fee will then be refunded.

For any cancellations made after August 31, 2022, due to immediate death in the family (child, partner, spouse, parent, or grandparents), a written cancellation notice must be sent to Elevate Medical Education. If approved your Conference Registration Fee less a $99.00 cancellation fee will be refunded.

There will be NO refund for any cancellations made after August 31, 2022, for any other reasons.

Elevate Medical Education reserves the right to cancel the meeting up to four (4) weeks prior to the event. In the event of cancellation, conference organizers cannot be responsible for reimbursement of airline fees and other accommodation expenses.

Non-Discrimination Policy: All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at our conference are required to adhere to the following code of conduct. All individuals will help to ensure a safe environment. Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for all in attendance regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion or belief, or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants, speakers, staff, volunteers or anyone present in any form. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.

Consent to Photographing & Recording: I grant permission to Elevate Medical Education and its agents and employees the irrevocable and unrestricted right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken of me, for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or trade, in any manner or in any medium. I hereby release Elevate Medical Education and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said images or video. Furthermore, I grant permission to use my statements that were given during an interview or guest lecture, with or without my name, for the purpose of advertising and publicity without restriction. I waive my right to any compensation.

Meals Policy for In-Person Attendees: The conference registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks for in-person participants only, as detailed in the Conference Agenda. All meals will be provided by pharmaceutical or other industry as part of product theaters or other sponsorships. It is the responsibility of the participant to know their state laws and employer regulations regarding the acceptance of meals and gifts. Conference registrants should not participate in the meals if they are barred from accepting meals and gifts (inclusive of certain thresholds) provided by the pharmaceutical and/or other industry by their employer and/or state licensing board. Elevate Medical Education cannot provide separate meals for participants who do not register to attend product theaters, and participants will need to make their own meal arrangements.

Session Photography and/or Video Recording Policy: Photography and/or video recording of any kind are strictly prohibited in the conference sessions and Skill-Shops. Violators of this policy are subject to ejection from the Conference and refunds will not be issued.

Skill-Shops Policy: A Skill-Shop participant accepts responsibility for the following: mastery of the minimum listed prerequisite skills prior to enrollment as well as providing their own required supplies as listed. While Elevate Medical Education will make every effort to ensure that course objectives are covered within the time frame of the Skill-Shop, we understand individual instructors may differ in teaching style and techniques. It is the sole responsibility of the individual participant to initiate dialog with the course instructor during the Skill-Shop to ensure their desired skills are covered and comprehended prior to completion in the course time allotted. Elevate Medical Education cannot be responsible for failure on the part of the participant to learn individual skills. Elevate Medical Education will not offer refunds or future course credits to Skill-Shop participants under any circumstances once the participant has signed in to the Skill-Shop. Any Skill-Shop cancellations that precede the start time of the workshop are subject to normal Elevate Medical Education conference registration cancellation policies.
