The final day of the conference began with registration, coffee, and breakfast before Dr. Ashley Elsensohn opened the morning with essential guidance on preparing patients for dermatologic surgery and managing their post-operative care.
Dr. Jashin Wu followed with a practical framework for selecting among systemic psoriasis therapies based on individual patient factors, then continued with a look at the important connections between psoriasis treatment and cardiovascular health, which is a critical consideration for whole-patient care.
The conference’s final CME session featured Justin Love, PA-C, sharing real-world clinical cases and the lessons learned from them.
With that, the 3rd Annual Elevate-Derm Summer Conference officially came to a close. Over the course of the multi-day event, attendees earned up to 28.5 hours of CME/CE credit, heard from more than two dozen expert faculty members, and built connections with colleagues from across the country. The conference once again delivered on its mission to keep dermatology APPs at the leading edge of the field by combining cutting-edge science, practical clinical pearls, case-based learning, and the kind of professional community that makes Elevate-Derm a standout event on the dermatology calendar.
